What are the steps involved in selling your
property privately?
The steps to selling your property privately are as follows
- Fill in your details on the online
form and submit, email description and photographs to info@NIproperty4sale.com,
or print the online
form and send with photographs to 11 Knockdene Park North,
Belfast, BT5 7AA
- Buyers find your
home by searching the property database and contact you via
the form at the bottom of your property listing. They leave
their name and number for you to contact them to arrange viewing.
- Buyers view your
home
- Buyer makes an offer you are happy
to accept
- You accept the offer
- You contact your
solicitor and buyer contacts their solicitor
How
much does it cost to advertise your house on niproperty4sale.com?
Free until 30th October2007.
After that it costs £29 to advertise. For maximum exposure
a for sale board is available for £35

What if I do not have a digital Camera?
You can scan the images or if you only
have printed photographs send them to us and we will scan them.
This costs an extra £10 for the 5 photographs. The photographs
should be sent to 11 Knockdene Park North, Belfast, BT5 7AA with
your address written on the back. If you want them returned send

How do I upload the photographs?
The photographs are uploaded at the time of submitting your property
or they can be emailed to photos@niproperty4sale.com for us to
upload them
Do you have for sale signs?
Yes, we offer for sale signs to help capture those who are not
on the internet. Your phone number is not displayed on the sign
to avoaid getting calls at inconvenient times.
How Do I receive Enquiries?
Yes, you receive inquiries. When someone is interested in your
property they fill in a form which is emailed to you to keep your
contact details privately.
How do I contact someone who has posted an
advert?
At the end of the property details page there is a form to
fill in with your name, telephone number and email address for
the seller to contact you to arrange a viewing.
How do I remove my ad?
Your advert is on NI property4sale.com until your property is
sold. When you sell your property email us and we will remove
it from the database
