Photographs on The Advert
Pictures
are essential when selling your property. If there are no picture
the first question a potential buyer asks is why?
For each advert Niproperty2sale.com
allows 5 images, 1 large picture of the house and 4 smaller images
of the rooms.
These images need to be square
and under 50kb
There are 3 ways to put pictures
on you advert
1. Upload the images when
submitting the advert
2. Email the images, scanned or from digital camera, to photos@niproperty4sale.com
and we will upload them
3. If you only have printed photographs send them to us and we
will scan them. This costs an extra £10 for the 5 photographs.
The photographs should be sent to 11 Knockdene Park North, Belfast,
BT5 7AA with your address written on the back. If you want them
returned send a SAE
Image Requiremants For Uploading
If the images are too large they
will not upload. The images need to be below 50kb. The image must
be in the .JPG or .GIF format
If your photo is scanned or from
a digital camera, you may be able to change the dimension with
the accompanying software.
How Do I Reduce The Size of The Image For Uploading
- In imaging software such as Paintshop or Photoshop.
- Using software received with digital camera
- Using www.myimager.com
